10-Day Return Window
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and free from damage or alterations.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers will only be issued for products that are unused, unworn, and free from damage or alterations. Please reach out to our support team at [dexedcustomerservice@gmail.com] and include the following information in your email:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Refund
  • Product Name

Alternatively, you can easily request a refund yourself by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to your profile and click on "Orders."
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Click on "Request Return" and follow the prompts to select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason for the return.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that refund shipping fees may be high due to our location in South Korea, especially for international returns. We will not cover these fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Refund Payments: In the event of a refund, please be aware that refund payments may incur additional costs, especially if you are returning an item internationally. The cost of shipping the refunded item back to us will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or if you have a shipping carrier arrangement that allows for cost-effective returns.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team for instructions.
